This is what happens with deletion: If its just a match for the fun of it or a tourney, the navi can be brought back right away but not to the same exact area, but it its a serious fight, the winner decides the fate of the foes navi. If the winner chooses deletion, then the loser must wait 24 hours before bringing back his/her navi.
